Note: only orders of the paperback edition of the book are eligible for goodies. Which means that only submissions on or after February 1 will be counted.

This campaign operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The first ten people to submit their receipts to the above form will receive all three items (1 set of 4 cards, 1 bookmark, and 1 sticker). The next fifteen will receive 1 set of cards and 1 bookmark. The final twenty-five will receive 1 bookmark.
You must be willing to enter your name and address on the form in order to receive your goodies. I will not share your information with anyone else. U.S. only, please.
And please note that submitting your receipt does not guarantee you will receive goodies. I have a limited quantity of items, which is why only the first 50 people to submit the form will receive goodies.
